What’s so funny about all of these videos is that you know the iPod Touch is always gonna be first. I have an iPod Touch and think it’s awesome. But there’s a ton of other cool mp3 players.

i fucking love my Sony S and it’s a real mp3 player (the sound Quality is just awesome) …
if i want to do something else i use my ipod touch which is pretty bad mp3 player but it’s good for web&vids

Also, jailbreaking voids the warranty, and even then you can’t change the UI.

Yes, customizing it is a big plus. There are some -beautiful- S9 skins out there.
No, it’s can’t play straight .swf files, and the S9 can play FLV.

the s9 has better SQ but the zune’s is good still and why do you need to customize the ui? Its a beautiful thing to look at whith its LED screen you dont need to customize it.
i dont know what you mean by flash files but the zune hd is getting a spring update for flash.

When you say multitasking- letting a web page load while watching a movie? the s9 doesnt even have a browser and listening to music while playing game? the ipod touch does that too. as for the companies making money, Apple has most of the mp3 player market and most of the buyers of these products are not audiophiles simply people who want to burn their CDs to listen to their music. And for their web browsers, i enjoy the browsing experience on the iPod touch

Secondly, no. Companies will make more off of audiophiles, and they’re willing to spend the money on many players anyways.
And multitasking – how about letting a web page load while you’re watching a movie? Listening to music while playing a game? Listening to music and using any app?
And the iPod and Zune’s web browsers are shit, to put it nicely.
