Reasons why the Makers of Mp3 Players Should Upgrade Their Standard Headphones

Reasons why the Makers of Mp3 Players Should Upgrade Their Standard Headphones

Springfield, IL (PRWEB) December 9, 2007

Jam727 Enterprises LLC (http://www.noisefreeheadphones.com), a retail seller of noise cancelling headphones and wireless headphones, is delighted to denote an unexampled article that offers advice to MP3 manufacturers.

Technological wizards and novices alike are requesting that MP3 player makers step into the 21st century by including resounding cancelling headphones with their players, something to improve those sold with the units. To date, most of the headsets included with mp3 players are standard wired earbuds that arguably do not provide the sound prize necessary to create the music experience customers expect. As a result, many customers decide to vacate their complimentary headset and purchase a higher quality pair. Jam727 Enterprises LLC believes that the action is not to be motivated by desire, however, and is instead acted upon out of necessity, forcing many of our good customers to spend more than originally intended to obtain their preferable musical listening experience.

Noise cancelling headphones are viewed as one of the more notable advancements in the headset world. Popular because of their ability to reduce ambient (acoustic) noise, they have become a high-demand purchase for customers. The technology has become very democratic with frequent air travelers and sports enthusiasts, the wireless headphones are even taking freedom of quality to unexampled and different levels incorporating Bluetooth technology as well, so people can work on laptops and remain connected to the world.

While noise cancelling headphones are increasing in popularity and reducing in price for customers, mp3 player makers have yet to accommodate them with the complimentary inclusion of this headset in the mp3 package. As a result, many customers are creating a stage to sound off their want for this upgrade.

One argument for supporting the upgrade is the reduction of ambient noises. Reducing ambient noises in standard and wireless headphones provides the luxury of hearing the intricate details of a song without having to twisting the volume up. Hearing loss specialists have been warning the headphone generation for many years that if the volume was turned up too high, it could result in hearing loss, but because older headsets did not produce an acceptable quality of sound when turned up all the way, most people did not bother to do it anyway.

However, in recent years, manufacturers have produced higher quality devices, something that has resulted in listeners turning the volume all the way up because they know doing so will not compromise the integrity of the song — however, doing so tinned compromise their hearing as warned by the Mayo Clinic. Therefore, the creation of the resound cancelling headphones seems to provide the necessary middle ground both customers and hearing loss experts have been asking for.

Standard earbuds that accompany a player are usually of a lower stereo quality with none of the bells and whistles — and customers complain that the mediocre earbuds do not do players, or the music flowing from them, justice. The creation of noise canceling earbuds gives the customers the best of both worlds. And many are relatively inexpensive, meaning a few extra dollars could be added to the device itself — something many customers are willing to accommodate for their upgraded product.

But supra all of the other arguments is possibly the most popular reason customers are demanding the noise canceling headphones from mp3 player makers: superior sound quality. Because standard headphones and wireless headphones allow for ambient noises, they naturally distort a selection’s look quality. But since the newer headsets eliminate distracting noises, the true essence of a musical composition is allowed to dominate the listener’s experience.

One benefit will be their ability to provide customers with a more finishing product. Customers rave over the idea of getting a great deal, so the more a provider offers, the more likely the customer will be willing to purchase the item. The price point could easily add a ticket set of noise cancelling headphones, even possibly offer premium upgrades for top tier headphones.

Another benefit will be the guarantee of a happy customer. In providing a superior headphone set such as noise cancelling headphones with their product, mp3 player makers will give their customers the satisfaction of knowing that the headset they would have needed to bought is already included with the product they most desired. The profiting of recapturing a significant portion of the ever growing “after market” in mp3 player upgrades would be another concluding.

Noise cancelling headphones and wireless headphones are becoming more popular following the new advancements that manufacturers like Sony, Bose and Sennheiser are making. Mp3 player makers may be missing out on the consumerism action by allowing a good idea — and one clearly in high demand — to slip through their fingers. Incorporating resound cancelling headphones into a package has the potential to satisfy customers and skyrocket business for mp3 player makers. But until the act is take, customers will have to continue making divide purchases to satisfy their music listening needs.

How Do I Go About Using My Mp3 Player In My Car

Posted by admin | Automotive | Friday 24 September 2010 10:58 pm
Douglas Taylor asked:

The mp3 player has now become a stable part of many people’s lives. Not only are they small and versatile, but also they provide the user with hours of music listening time without having to keep changing CD’s or tapes. But just how can I use my mp3 player in my car?

In this article we will look at some different ways that you can now use your mp3 player in your car and so no longer will you need to worry about carrying all your favorite CD’s in the car in the future. Plus you have the added benefit of knowing that you can remove your mp3 player from your car and take it with you.

Nearly all mp3 players will have a port in which you connect your headphones. But in order for your to play your mp3 player in your car you will need to find a way of connecting this to the head unit using the headphone port. Below is one method that you may want to try.

Auxiliary In

This method will provide you with the best audio quality possible, in fact it is just about as good as the audio produced by a CD. Numerous head units (radios) in cars today have a front auxiliary input (known as the Aux-In) that allows you to plug directly from your mp3 player into the head unit. You will find that most Sony head units have this feature on all their entry-level units.

However there are other methods that you may want to try if you do not happen to have a head unit that has an auxiliary in feature with it. Below we look at some other ways in which you should be able to play your mp3 player in your car in the future.

Cassette Tape Adapter

This device is available for around $10 and can be found in most electronic stores. It provides you with an easy and straightforward method of hooking up an external device such as an mp3 player to your car stereo system. All you have to do is place the cassette tape in to the car’s tape player and then attach the other end to the headphone or line out jack situated on your mp3 player.

However, there are a number of drawbacks to this method. Firstly you need to have cassette player in your car (which unfortunately is becoming much less common in more modern cars) and secondly you will often the sound quality is reduced.

FM Transmitter

This system will transmit an audio signal of the your mp3 player to a specified FM frequency when it is plugged into the FM transmitter. What happens is your FM stereo in your car is then able to pick up the sounds as if it was actually receiving a regular FM broadcast from a radio station.

So as you can see there are plenty of ways to answer the question how can I use my mp3 player in my car. All you need to decide is which one you feel best suits your particular needs.

Getting Audiophile Sound From Your MP3 Player

Posted by admin | Shopping And Product Reviews | Monday 26 April 2010 3:44 pm
Tommy Bland asked:

The modern stereo headphone set is a compact tool that allows you to get the most from your iPod or MP3 player. While traditional headphones provide clarity and response from home-systems, they are not designed for use with portable audio devices. To maximize the quality of sound from a digital audio player, you want headphones / earbuds that are made to be used with devices that put out less wattage than a home system. With the popularity in recent years of the iPod, portable headphones have become a niche-market unto themselves with different manufacturers pouring much money into research & development and marketing.

As with most advances in audio technology, these new earpieces provide for more and more of the experience of being in a concert hall without the inconvenience of interrupting your daily routine. Some of the most popular brands for the earpieces today are Etymotic Research, Panasonic, Shure, SkullCandy, Sony, and Ultimate Ears.

Earpieces for the serious audiophile

Most of our parents’ and grandparents’ portable audio devices had their own poor little sound amplifiers built in to make the sound loud enough for our hearing. Now days, you can get really high quality portable audio devices that don’t mess with poor little sound amplifiers. Instead you can provide your own little cool head phone amp to turn your high quality little portable stereo system into a booming sound experience. The head phone amp is the latest in audiophile gadgets. They are a bit more to haul around than your old headphones and earpieces, but they provide a sound experience to make it all worthwhile.

Accessories for the serious audiophile

To get the most of your portable audio experience, you need a good portable audio accessory kit. You’ll find that you are soon looking forward to all of those times that were once boring when you have a good accessory kit.

Even if you aren’t taking your portable audio device along everywhere you go, you may want to take your earphones. A long airplane flight will be greatly enhanced when you have a pocket-sized earphone kit to plug in and watch the in-flight movie.

Your accessories should include cable clips. These keep your headphone cables all nicely organized so you are free in movement to do other things while you enjoy your own little concert hall experience. All audiophiles have had experiences where our cords hung on something and got ripped away, often taking other things with them.

A good accessory kit will also include replacement accessories to make sure a small malfunction or accessory loss doesn’t ruin an entire day. You’ll want a spare ear phone, spare jacks, spare ear pads, and spare cables. This is especially important if you’ve invested in a very expensive sound system and you don’t want to be stuck with anything less than the best.

What goes in must be hygienic

Remember you are putting these headphones or earpieces in your ear for quite a while. You can get wax buildup and other things building up on them. Over time things can start growing cultures on your valuable sound device if you don’t take due time for cleaning. If you love your audio, you must also keep your headphones and earpieces cleaned regularly with some cleaning solution or alcohol.
