What portable MP3 players allow deleting MP3s from the device itself?

I have a Sandisk Sansa e260, and I usually load it up with speeches that I don’t need to hear more than once. But there is no way to delete the MP3s that I’m done listening to unless I hook the Sansa up to a computer.

I’d rather just delete the file right there on the device.

Are there any inexpensive MP3 players that can do this?

I have the e280 which is just the 8GB model of that player and you can delete files directly off of the player. Just play the file, and while it’s playing, hit the button that brings up the music playing menu (the one with the 3 lines on it at the bottom of the directional wheel). Scroll down, and you should see an option to delete the current file. Otherwise, any of Sandisk’s newer players have the same ability. Check out their Sansa Clip player, it’s really inexpensie and a very nice player.
