Is there a car stereo that has a usb port or something so it can read mp3 players?
Mr. Anderson asked:
I was wondering this because I was planning on buying a car stereo that could possibly play mp3 players, especially a PSP.

mp3 players
may basic models come with an 1/8 inch aux input so you can plug anything which uses headphones into them.

Yeah, but for USB ports You dont see them often. I cant be too much help on those, but i know some Dual’s make it for cheap (dual isnt necessary the best brand) but my sister just got a JVC one that is nice. Just try hitting up your local stereo shop.\
On the other hand, there is many different options to get your mps player to play songs and such. You could just get something as simple as a FM transmitter

Yes they do. Try Jvc KD-G720 or 820 Kenwood kdc-mp435u and the new pioneer deh-p6900usb. all of these have usb inputs on then that will allow you to connect a mp3 player or a jump drive. I’m sure that there are some i am forgetting but this is just off the top of my head(could come up with more i i was @ work)

Yes, Check the Sony Xplod series car headunit. They have a USB port on the face plus a provision on the rear for an iPod or any external device such as a PSP etc….

I have a Sony XPlode deck and it has an Aux input on the front. (3.5 mm) you can get a cable that will go from that to your PSP and plug it into the head phone jack for about twenty bucks.
