All American Trivia Games Releases First iPhone App: Hail to the Chief® Now Available for Download From the iTunes Store
Archdale, NC (PRWEB) January 02, 2012
All American Trivia Games, LLC and the Computer Science Department at High Point University, High Point, North Carolina, are pleased to announce that the presidential trivia game HAIL TO THE CHIEF is now available for download from the iTunes Store.
Playable on the iPhone, iPad, and iPod, there are two apps to choose from. One download is a FREE version which includes twenty questions while the other app is the complete game including all 232 questions for a fee of $ 1.99. The $ 1.99 app was designed so that up to four people can challenge one another on the same device.
Written like a multiple choice test, HAIL TO THE CHIEF is designed to test each player on his or her knowledge of the forty-four American presidents from George Washington to Barack Obama. The app is based on the original HAIL TO THE CHIEF game released in 2009, which includes question-and-answer cards, a score pad, and pencil in a compact box. The boxed game has been sold at many historic sites throughout the United States such as Mount Vernon, Ford’s Theatre, Independence Hall Visitor Center, and Andrew Jackson’s The Hermitage among others.
The objective of the trivia game is to continue educating Americans, young and old, about the United States presidents, the office of the presidency and general historic events concerning the Chief Executives. The game is a fun learning experience for everyone who participates. The winner of the game is determined by successfully answering questions about the history of the United States and the men who have occupied the highest office in government. The first player to accumulate 21 points is the game’s winner. The score of 21 is in recognition of the “Presidential Salute” which was formally established as 21 guns in 1842. The apps can be found on iTunes.
Hail to the Chief box game is made in America and available for retail sale or wholesale.
About All American Trivia Games. The company is owned by Karen Lee-Nix and her husband, David. New Audio Service Cures Psychotherapists’ Biggest Issue: Therapy Audio Digest
Santa Fe, NM (PRWEB) December 03, 2011
Therapy Audio Digest, a new monthly audio “magazine” gives psychotherapists a way to stay up to date on their reading . . . and lose their guilt!
A new audio “magazine” allows therapists to stay up to date on the latest developments in the psychotherapy community in a mere 30 minutes per month. The brainchild of Bill O’Hanlon, the author of over 30 books for psychotherapists and featured Oprah guest, delivers needed help to those who spend their time helping others.
“Every therapist spends so much time and energy helping their clients that they barely have time for themselves and their personal lives. They can end up well behind on their professional reading. This service gives them a monthly summary of what they ‘should’ be reading and keeping up with every month,” says O’Hanlon.
Each monthly issue includes three inadequate summaries of interesting and relevant research studies; one brief questioning with a leading psychotherapy practiced on some new or useful method; a book review of a recent book relevant to the practice of therapy; and information about a drive that can make therapists more effective or save them time or money.
Therapy Audio Digest, or T.A.D. for short, will give every subscriber a chance to stay up to date in the psychotherapy field with minimal effort. The material can be accessed directly from the website (listened to, read or printed) or it can be easily downloaded onto an IPod or other MP3 player.
The cost of the service is just $ 19.95 per month. Each issue includes continuing education credits for psychologists, social workers, marriage and family therapists, registered nurses, substance abuse counselors, and licensed mental health/professional counselors at no extra charge. Yearly subscribers can claim 6 CE credits. There is an unloosing sample issue (with free Continuing education credit included) on the TAD website. Visit: http://www.TherapyAudioDigest.com.
If you’d like more information about this service, or to schedule an interview with Bill O’Hanlon, please contact Bill at 505-983-2843 or e-mail Bill directly at BillO(at)therapyaudiodigest(dot)com.
